The Conference organisation has provided a selection of hotel rooms
for Conference participants. The selection is an excellent choice of
central hotels located at a short distance from the Conference Venues.
There are a limited number of rooms available in each hotel. Participants
are therefore strongly recommended to forward their accommodation requests
to the Conference Secretariat by filling in
the acommodation form at their earliest convenience, and in any case
no later than May 5th, 2004. After this date, bookings
will be confirmed according to space availability.
Should the options selected by the Conference organisation not meet
your needs, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference
Secretariat: we will be pleased to assist you in your hotel reservation.
Please remember that finding a place to stay in Venice can be a difficult
task given the high demand from tourists. It is advisable to book your
rooms well in advance.
